Cruise for Cancer
Belfast Car Scene cruise for cancer event 2012. Registration at Carrickfergus car park and then a cruise around the coast.
They will be raising money for two very worth while charities. CLIC Sargent and NICFC (Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children) respectively.
The date is June 24th 2012
Everybody who is participating in the Cruise is asked to meet at Sainsbury's car park in Carrickfergus for 9 am. This will allow us to get everybody registered, collect money, and hand out the goody bags etc. Sainsbury's have requested to make sure no litter is left, we would like to thank you for your co-operation with this matter.
We will be departing sharp at 10am, and following the scenic coastal route, to re-convene at Lansdowne car park in Portrush. For those who aren't aware, Lansdowne is situated at the top of the town, and has public amenities. It is approximately a 5 minute walk from the centre of town, where there are plenty of restaurants, chippies and other food outlets. Don't forget your money for Barry's!
£10 per car and £5 per bike with each driver receiving a goody bag with inclusive "Cruise for Cancer" sticker.
£2 per raffle ticket, prizes generously donated from sponsors.

G&D Recovery will also be in attendance on the day,
Belfast Citybeat are going to be there on the day also.
This is an organised Cruise, and the PSNI will be in attendance on the day, to help make sure the event runs as smoothly as possible. Please respect the officers and refrain from any illegal activities throughout the day, such as;
Reckless driving,
Use of mobile phones while driving,
Littering etc.
The police will be as vigilant as always.
