VAG audio head unit options

MKV golf platform fitted with this:

Ive heard people talk RCD510 RNS510 - they all look pretty similar - presume with and without nav

Over time we would like it to have bluetooth added and fit a multifunction steering wheel.

I know the nav unit in my leon only does phone over bluetooth , not music . Just to let u know.

RNS510 is the sat nav unit with built in are drive, DVD player. Can be had from £350 odd.

RCD510 is just a 6 disc cd head unit, no other advantage really- I don't rate them.

The RNS is worth the extra, fantastic unit.

Bluetooth can be added to either for £150 odd.

Had one fitted to my A3 after the RNS and it was a huge step up. The unit has everything included, iPod, bluetooth, nav etc and you require no additional harnesses. Works well with multifunction wheels also
