Vespa garage find!

Out and about last night and found a old Vespa (pic's later) the running boards need repair, just wondering if anyone know of a good specialist for them to carry out body repairs?

I am but the restoration is coming along as slowly as the Vespa will probably go!

They are easy to work on but with all the curves can take a while to get right if as badly dented as mine was. I finally got it painted last night.

You can buy complete floors for them which looking at yours is possibly the best root to take. Yours is a 60's Vespa?

Yup hanging on one bungee. Although it takes 4 to hang the cars off.

1951 Vespa Douglas rod change.Rare as . Needing restored but all there .

Bike is complete and an origional Northern Ireland reg.

Fantastic find by the way. How did it come about?

It was actually owned by my grandad !!!!
Though he never used on the road ,dunno how he got his hands onit !!!!!
But he owned for over 30yrs before passing it into me .
It was stored in A shed at bottom of his yard . Prob hadn't moved in over 20 yrs .
It's all there with no rust , jus needs a full restoration .
Probably as it sits it's worth decent money but restored because how rare it is could be worth a lot.
