Anti rust supplies locally at short notice?

Is there anywhere local to belfast/Lisburn that could supply everything i need to rustproof/seal the underside of th car? I'm wanting to get rid of any surface rust/ treat the surface and coat it in something durable, not interested in the likes of waxoyl more a hard surface. would also be handy if it it was somrthing that could be applied by brush.

Drying is not a problem

Halfords do a durable rubber spray in a can if your beat man or any good motor factors should do body schultz though it needs a specific gun to spray the contents leaving a textured finish
