Hanninen announced as first offical no.2 Hyundai driver today. He will drive in Rally Sweden. No other details beyond this.

Fair chance Chris Atkinson will get a drive or two in 2014 with Hyundai as he was one of the other test drivers alongside Hanninen.

Hyundai need to make a real go of it, like VW have.

It sounds and looks good, love the gap in the wrc seasons you are not waiting too long for it to start up again.

The @voiceofrally Colin Clark posting on Twitter this morning that good sources have informed him that Dani Sordo will be in the number 2 Hyundai for Monte Carlo

DS expected to be at monte in an i20 and will do most of the season in hyundai

Does this leave a definite opening for KM at citroen

My prediction

Hyundai: TN #1, DS & KA sharing drive, Hanninen (pretty much sealed)

Ford: MO, MH, uae man (no team #1)

Citroen: KM #1, RK, uae man

VW: no change

Dani Sordo has confirmed he will drive in Monte Carlo - didn't say what car he'll drive though.

Østberg could swap with Hirvonen.

Citroen look a totally different team without Loëb.

think Elfyn Evans might be getting the rounds that Nasser can't do in the Fiesta WRC.

why not? he has been quite good in the IRC seats he has taken and maybe if he is bringing money to the table he could buy his way in if the team were half serious.

i feel he'd be better than this seasons drivers?

Well thats true he could be better than a lot of them at the moment.

What happened him when he was Citroen before, crashed too much?

Reading the rest of that article it looks like just speculation and a headline...

They would be better off looking for the future, rather than someone who never really made a top class impression even in his prime... Which is pretty much what the Citroen team said in the article...
