Can you SORN a car on Axle Stands that is sitting on the road?

Quick question as above, the BM is on axle stands outside the house and the tax is due tomorrow. It's insured but can I sorn it or does it need taxed as well?

Hmmm technically if it's on the road it needs taxed. I think it has to be on private property to be SORN.

I'd love to see the enforcement guys faces when they turned up to tow it!

I still say you should tax it though!

I'd love to see you fight it in a court and win.....but we all know it wont happen

And dont forget, if it has tax, it must have insurance...doesnt matter whether it's nowhere near the road and in a million pieces

My car was sorned sat outside my house ,which was the address it was registered to
and was told by Coleraine it was fine ,never had a problem . .
