2003 Leon Speedo Not Working

Looking some info on the above as the speedo is not working and fuel guage is jumpy.

Apparently it requires a speedo sensor, but can't find any info on the sensor

Any idea of proce or fitting instructions ?

Should be on top of the gearbox/area around it. if someone has access to etka they should be able to clarify, failing that try seatcupra.net

I had read that it is in that general location.

Yeah, its on the top of the rear of the gearbox, above the diff. I know this is going to sound strange butis it as petrol or diesel?? And how have you confirmed that its the sender is faulty?? Im not saying you are wrong but.............. incorrect diagnosis can lead to too many fitted parts!! LOL I take it someone scanned it for you and this is what it has come up with?? FYI i have ETKA, but its not going to be of much use to you!! LOL
