Only done around 60k Sline Shocks and Apex lowering springs, were 40mm all round but fronts were compressed to 50mm. Picture shows how my 2007 A4 sat with them. Its an SE and the sline shocks made a massive difference to handling, as did the lowering springs. Well worth the upgrade!
