What would be the best way/product for cleaning a set of dc5 recaros?

Bought a set today and they just need a clean to get rid of old dirt etc from lying around in a shed.

Was told water would wreck them since they're suede?

Haven't a clue on this sort of thing

Also are there any products out there like an after treatment to leave them like new after they've been cleaned,to help bring out the colour etc.

Thanks

Would imagine the same sort of suede cleaner for shoes.

You sure the seats aren't alcantera?

Good shout gavlar, just had a search there online and apparently they are alcantara!

I don't do fabrics lol.

Any recommendations for alcantara then? Some of the bits I think would take a bit more than baby wipes to clean up properly,do the detailing companies do any products for this?

They're blue if that might make a difference...

Not that my seats are overly dirty but what is best out there to clean your alacantra seats?

Would steam cleaning be more beneficial? if so, who?

A few people recommend Woolite to me for alcantara. Some in a bowl of warm water and a microfibre.

Did my own for 2 years and they were always spotless.
