Concrete / Cement removal from paint

Does anyone have any suggestions for removing cement splatter from paint? There is splatter all over the front and drivers side of my dad's Mercedes, Pre-wash and Power hose had little effect. It's solid black paint so I don't even want to try rubbing it off with anything.

I know Autosmart Congo exists, but is it any use on vehicle paint and available in anything less than 5L?

You need to use an acid, spray in very small areas and not in any sort of direct sunlight. Thoroughly wash it off

Yes congo only comes in 5ltrs, i do have an acid wheel cleaner in 500ml you could try! I will open 2mor again
