Looking to install a data aquisition to a single seater racing car. Looking to get as many input channels possible, preferably something included in a display readout...anyone any thoughts on the matter?

has demon tweeks not some stuff you can buy off the shelf? you could build your own - some simple custom software on a laptop and a data acquisition box with 16 input channels to start?
