Hi all, as part of a new project i am looking to change the colour of my dymag wheels. read up on their website and they say:
"If at the Inspection stage a wheel is found to be cracked or damaged beyond use, a charge of £15 + VAT will be made. If the customer then requires the wheel to be returned, it will be drilled prior to prevent further use"
feck that! i aint takin the chance!! wheels are pretty damn clean, the odd chip, which was there when i got the wheels!
now, for the all the geeks or knowledgable folks at home. with them being a magnesium wheel what preautions should be taken? or what can be done by a professional (NOT DYMAG)
Powdercoating?
Painting?

Mag wheels can be a nightmare, they are prone to cracking and can be very hard to repair.

I don't see why you can't just get them painted though?
