Mates VW Polo. Bought as a run around and potential project if he gets his arse in gear :p

Turned up at my parents place the other night completely standard. We had a fair amount of time but little to no money. So first things first- I dewipered the rear and sprayed front and rear badges black, while gerard proceeded to give the current wheels/steels a coat of paint (this resulted in an excellent finish :scream: lol). Also had a few stickers lying around so threw a few on for a laugh...

After removing the wiper, realised I had no bungs around in proper fitment so Gerry had a novel idea and stole the cap off my ribena bottle. Superglued to rear blanking plate:

Back on with black rear badge

This was all done in fun- not to be taken seriously. He has some plans which consist of:
coilovers
tints (maybe)
pressed plates
upgrade rear lights to 6n2 version
and a few other bits n bobs too

Trying to convince him to get these babies:

wee bit of update- Coils in and wound right down, Gerry took a notion so we all huddled into a shed deep in the country and sprayed the wheels in tune with the ribena theme...
Interior mirror has also been sprayed purple, the orangeness will soon be gone with either clear side repeaters or tinted spray

Apologies for the absolutely ****e pics will take some decent ones in daylight soon

'Lost another ****ing screw' :worried: It had its moments lol. Thanks for the help Tasha(!) :p lol

The dark rooflining is one of my fav mods to the car now.....

Headlining wasnt that hard to do, once you know the order. Put it in place at the rear (boot) first, line it up and then work your way forwards pushing it into pillars.

My '**** for peace' shoes made an appearance :grinning:
