On the subject, I had a mosey round junction one yesterday and the amount of abandoned units is scary. It's like a ghost town.

was at junction 1 a few weeks ago, true, turning into a scene from a cowboy movie, without the tumbleweed.
greed from every side caused this.
smaller bike repairers with signs at the door saying £30 per hour,,
bike boots made overseas for about 10-15 quid with retail prices in the hundreds,,
it used to be a 10 0r 20 % profit on goods, turns out now at 5-600% plus
greed.
50% off sales, why was 50% on in the first place.
i-phones are produced for £26 ,,,,,,,,, and everyone is forking out £600
the list goes on.
but Thatcher is the woman. all this would have been fixed by now.
