mixs well, several of their flavours have a "plastic boke" taste though lol,
i put one tub of nesquik into 2.5kg of it though and this seemed to resolve it

seems like too much hassle unless you want to be having a different flavour each day,

already have 4 tubs for protein/creatine/instant oats/whiteflood banging around in my boot lol i dont think id want another couple just for flavouring

For all the crap you are putting in with the nesquik its probably doing you more harm than good.

not really, i think i worked it out to add about 2g of carbs to each serving, which i can easily compensate elsewhere in my diet
better that than not drinking the stuff, it tasted like plastic mint baileys

so my impact is now
Per 25g:
Protein (dry basis): 20.5g
Protein (as-is): 19.6g
Fat: 1.7g
Carbohydrates: 3.5g

i really wasnt too anal looking at the nutritional values, i would say of the 2g of carbs over half was sugars

Choc mint or choc are both pretty decent.

it was the choc mint i got and i really couldnt get past the plastic taste, might be because i had gold standards choc mint before which is pure sex in a shaker
