Not envious at all, lol.

Was nice to get a bit of sunshine but it was still pretty cold, we had been there for 3 hours before the top boys came through and another 2 after that.

Fair play running a car like that on Scottish gravel stages in December. Wasn't hanging about either!

It's amazing it's possible to still keep them running. On the continent people still run quattro group B cars in rallies and hill climbs too.

Steve, who owns that Stratos, was seriously injured a handful of years ago when the car went on fire during a refuel.

He had pretty much decided that it was to be left as scrap. But after recovery, he decided to get it rebuilt and let Seb have a go.

It'll need another rebuild after this rally, engine and gearbox are probably scrap, the engine was overheated and the gearbox was in bits at the side of the road on the way from Wales to Scotland, like gears lying on the road. I really hope they persevere with it and get it out again but it's a bit fragile. The RAC is hard on all the cars though, plenty of escorts retired too.
