well.. i doubt any average non gun trained terrorist is guna be able to hit a moving target.. esp wen theres 2 coming at quite fast speeds.. then.. at what point (bearing in mind theres 2 rabid dogs racing towards him) does the reaction to run/ drop te gun/ cover his face, kick in... id say 9/10 **** themselves when they see the dogs coming...
