AFAIK on C5's which I imagine are the same system you need to recharge it with some special oil, polyoil or something its called. If its not done regularly/on time its a whole new system required which isnt cheap.
If it has the Eolys fluid then there will be a separate tank by the rear wheel, opposite side to the fuel tank that will have a silver heat shield. You can top this up yourself but you need the diagnostic equipment to reset the counters. Last year 3l of the Eolys was £100 from the dealer.
Though thinking about it, my motor told me the fluid was low as well as the depollution fault. Your best bet is get someone with Peugeot Planet to plug in and read your codes. I would offer but I'm not in the country until the 25th, someone else on here has a set of cables as well though.

I had a look under the bonnet this morning and there seems to be some kind of oil leak from around the turbo/intercooler area. Could one of these sensors be causing the error message?
When I started it the message didn't come up so it's quite intermittent
I've booked it in with the local Citroen/Peugeot specialist near Donaghcloney for Friday. He's confident he'll be able to sort out whatever the problem is without having to resort to the dreaded dealer.
It's quite possible it's one of those sensors, if that's the air intake temperature sensor you're looking at that was also at fault on mine when the eolys and depollution fault was present. Less than £20 from eurocarparts.
its unlikely to be that pipework you have pictured, it probably needs a differential pressure sensor, ive citroen diagnostic machine in newtownabbey if it is needed get in touch on 07761156646
inside that body theres flaps and these get oil build up if you remove it and clean it out, the fault should go away after a few resets also check for leaks as looks like you have some could be the clamp needs screwed down or new clamp time, ive changed a few of these not that long ago , also any lost on power? simple things to check is your air flow, map sensor and air temp sensor as these bring up AP faults few squirts of carb cleaner and your good as new
