Hows it going everyone, been a while since i have had a chance to post anything but just got a set of michelin pilot sport 4 tyres fitted to the impreza and thought i would share my thoughts on them. I will start by saying they are amazing, i cannot beleive the difference and i always fit good tyres but these have transformed the scoob, turn in and grip are the best i have experienced with any tyre and they are quiet and ride over rough sections really well. I would highly recommend them and got brilliant service from Neil and Dan at A1 tyres in lisburn, really took their time to do the job properly right down to showing different options of valves they could fit, proper set of enthusiasts.

Look perfect on the Turinis. I need to get a set of tyres on my TE37’s so these could well be the job. Good to see a few classic scoob son the members cars atm.

Thanks @Burt2000 the wheels really need a refurb but look ok from a distance. The car is off for a respray soon to fix some botched worked i had done years ago after it was keyed in belfast so respray first then alloys refurbed after that.

Definitely try the pilot sport 4 tyre if you can, they won Evo magazines 2018 tyre test:

Perfect in every way except for mudflaps which should never be on any car ever lol (personal opinion).

Good choice on the tyres, I run them on the EP3 as road tyres. Bloody brilliant all rounder.

Some of the rusty areas that had to be sorted, arches, under boot lid, front and rear edges of roof. Thankfully the rust on the rear arches werent too bad and didnt need cut out.

Water getting into side of boot traced to the seal of the flappy vent thing behind the rear bumper. Removed cleaned and sealed.
