Point taken Dermot.

But 20 year old escorts dont have leather seats, heated seats, cd players, aircon, cruise control.....etc.etc.etc.

And i'm not really into the striped out look - LOL

extras dont make you faster on a track now do they, as a matter of fact they slow you down, and im not a ford man, vauxhall all the way, but i would have a 20 year old escy tomorrow!

Excellent photos graham. Yes the two tone lady is away and I am now the proud owner of buff's 3.0 24v senator.

I have to say I had an absolutely excellent day. Kirkistown is fantastic for the drifting... and so is the car. Fast Cav in his latest red GSi Carlton and Alan McB were also full of style, and cosbine's sierra was fully lit. I was also very impressed by bob's EF honda civic 1.6 16v in which he put mk2 golf gti's to shame.

Great craic - I'm well shattered! Cracker pic G!

very impressed by bob's EF honda civic 1.6 16v in which he put mk2 golf gti's to shame. !!!! what,, Not my golf mate ;) ask bob about my standard golf gti the gray one with the split rims ,,having said bob was going ;) ,,only thing got past me that day was a works escort on slicks ,, and i should bloody hope so to !!!! Nice escort that :p ,, Cracker day
P,s have to give it to the red GSi Carlton for the best drifting !!

lol, don't worry, he didn't say Bob got past all the GTi Golfs ;) I know there were a few there quicker than the Civic. But for a cheap track car car, it was certainly going well
