Effective Windscreen Polish

My ma has rang me in a tizzy - she scraped ice off the windscreen on her 2023 Kia Generiyoke the other morning and seemingly has left quite a lot of scratches on the windscreen.

Are there any products on the market today that I can tackle this with to at least take the bad look off? Note I haven't seen it yet so I don't actually know how bad it is.

90% of the time no. If you can feel them they aren’t coming out of glass

Removed scratches left by an ice scraper using autoglym glass polish and a buffer a very long time ago.

May be lucky and its transfer marks from the scraper rather than marks in the glass itself?
