Exhaust repair

Reckon this could be welded up or is there a paste that could be used to repair it? It would need to be off the bike and I’m wondering would a weld warp the flange plate and matters worse? Can definitely hear the engine a lot more now it’s blowing out!

The paste is pretty crap tbh, but its cheap and no harm done if it doesn’t work so I’d give it a stab.
