Lowering springs or coilovers mk5 platfrom

Looking a set of 55mm or 60mm springs or used coilovers in good condition
To suit a 2004 2.0tdi 140 vw touran, ive been told its the same fitment as mk5 golf and jetta etc

What drop do they offer?

Think sportlines are 50 front / 30 rear iirc, that was on astra h though.
