I was looking for a turbo replacement for my 2000 tdi Passat (AFN)
I stuck up in the wanted section for a replacement, and Pablo said that you guys might be able to help....
The car currently hasn't got very much shove and when driving it goes into limp mode.
I have had the car on a scanner and had the "Charge pressure deviation intermittent" fault.
I have replaced all the vac lines and have removed the vac and N18 goin to the EGR but it makes no difference.
I have been advised that the turbos coke up and vanes stick and that's maybe why i have low boost....
Essentially I am looking for either:
1. A refurbed turbo\second hand turbo\rebuilt\cleaned turbo
2. Boost leak check
3. Something less obvious (tandem pump failure, IC failure, manifold clogged etc etc
Prices and advise are all welcome.....thanks in advance!
