DOE should take note of stuff like that.

It'd have more impact than the comical adverts they try and produce !

But it still doesnt address the issue of teaching people how to drive when they do drive like muppets which is the underlying problem and they completely ignore.

A lot of those people look like they were going too fast.

Some too fast for conditions perhaps....but were they breaking the speed limit ? I'd guess most werent. Big difference.

And many were caused by idiots driving out at junctions and not looking...which doesnt involve any speeding.

That truck the junction at 1:40 is a belter !

Yep, for just cutting use whatever is installed on the computer.

Moviemaker used to be free on Windows, not sure if it still is. Sure there is something similar on Mac.

Or else the usual suspects. Something like Adobe Premier Elements (£50) would keep most people happy for basic video editing. You can get free trials for that as well. Have used that for a while, and it is ok, if a bit complicated at times. Especially export is clunky at best, but it works.

Was going to try this next:

Have used their photo editor for years and years, love it. Just the right balance of features and ease of use. And also have their video converter which is handy. So curious to have a look at this for video editing.

In fairness, that ought to be allowed in that particular situation, when turning left. If the road is free to the right, there should be no reason to hang around at the traffic lights. Like it is an America (right turn in their case, just go if the road is free to the left).

That said, it takes a special fool to jump a red light in a car here. Nobody expects it, and there will be nowhere to go for anyone.

On a bike/on foot, when safe to do so, sure. A lot easier to get out of the way on a bike if need be, and often safer to get a head start on traffic than having everyone try to force their way past at the lights. But never in a car.
