Flew fo England early Saturday morning (20.06.15) and picked up my new car.
Some of you will you will have heard me talking about E46 M3s the last few months, so that's what I didn't buy.

Instead I decided to scratch a childhood itch, and went with this instead.

2003 Subaru Impreza wrx STI PPP
62k miles
Bailey dump valve
Downpipe
Stainless centre section
Andrew Forrest remap

Immediate plans;
Hopefully @AIRFORCE1 will embrace his love of scoobys.....
Full service and health check
Repair/replace a knocking rear strut
New wipers including arms
Sort a intermittent indicator problem, hopefully just a fuse or something daft
Remove tints
Already changed the daft 5inch backbox to the stradard prodrive unit thismorning thanks to dees exhaust (y)

Future plans;
Prodrive wheels
Slight lowering with probably springs
Continue to maintain
And hopefully an enhancement and protection detail with @big_pete

Anyways here's a few iPhone pics for now.

Looks great, health to drive (y)

Love the interior in those, makes my classic scoob look crap in comparison

Lovely! There is something so incredible about the drive of a Subaru. Nothing covers ground like one

Fantastic! The STi interior looks great in these.

Will be the perfect Subaru with the prodrive wheels.

Looks the part and at least you got rid of the 5' backbox lol what's the indicator problem?

Yes, it had to go. Had a sore head going to bed last night lol. fuse relay or a sticky contacter?

When you indicate it'll either flash as usual or just light up and doesn't flash on the dash or on the outside, only sometimes though.

Said before beautiful car. What's it like compared to the Leon?

Very hard to compare, i really loved the Leon and with the Revo stage one it pulled really well.

This is a completely different driving experience though, 340bhp & 350ft/lb of torque (according to graph) on tap and with the 4wd it sticks to the road like nothing I've drove before.

No mod cons, no creature comforts or luxurys, find myself looking for non existent buttons on the steering wheel lol.

I love these, I'll have one at some point. Blues the only colour to have in them in my opinion. Health to drive mate.

I went the opposite way , from a 02 Bugeye STI to a leon. They both have things I loved about them . The power , sound and road presence of the Scooby, the comfort, gadgets and modern feel of the Leon.

If I could afford a car that could do all those things . . . . .
