How did you get on with the ae86 diff?? Doing exactly the same to my carry in a few weeks

Never bothered with it, as AE86 bits have got to ridiculous prices, would be madness to buy one at the money they are at to chop up.

Wouldn't change too much really, as everything runs pretty well. The chain drive was changed to a belt, as the chain would wear out quicky even with the scott oiler fitted. I would like to have a chain or gear drive in a oil bath housing for the drive, have one drawn up to be machined, haven't got round to it yet, but some day I will get it done.
