Had the M3 out for a quick spin on Christmas Eve as the roads were nice and dry and I managed to get away from work a wee bit early, it was in the garage for months, battery almost dead but it still started up and off we went for a drive to Belfast City Hall :grinning:

Then on Christmas Day the Mrs surprised me with a brand spanking new set of Valoure Mats from BMW  to say I was impressed is an understatement, maybe she is finally starting to get me lol

One thing I will say about these mats is the quality, they are a great mat but... I recently purchased a Vauxhall Insignia and the original Vauxhall mat's in that are twice the mat from BMW yet the BMW items cost twice the price.

Was great getting the old girl out for a run on xmas eve though, felt great :grinning:

But the Vauxhall mat will be worth twice the car in 5 yrs time!

Absolutely love this m3.

Amazing the difference that mat and pedal set will make to that car . Totally stunning motor mate and one of the nicest ive seen.

Thanks fella, Yea I love the OEM look of the interior so the crap pedals had to go, the rubber mats are actual BMW items so I will be keeping those but I do prefer the Valour mats.

New wheels for summer :grinning:

I searched high and low for a set of nice polished motorsports, wasted time traveling to see "mint motorsports" only to arrive and view scrap.

So, I sourced a set needing refurbished and sent them to First Aid wheels London. Fantastic job, The are literally like new :grinning:

The tires are only on for shipping but will be replaced with my Michelin Pilots.

This is one of @106lad wheels (assuming Marks wheels are genuine of course :p) Sorry for using the dirty pic but it shows the markings up better 8-|

Here is one of mine in the same position, All of the markings are exactly the same, They are stamped BMW and they have the correct BMW part numbers in exactly the same positions.

I must be the only person that prefers the sunflowers, not that there is anything wrong with the motorsports either! Beautiful car though, not many left like it.

I agree with you, I prefer the sunflowers myself. But motorsports still look great, especially on Estoril Blue cars.

Rough costs on refurb and shipping ? Plus the base alloys. Soon add up ? Look great. How much are a new set from BMW ?

I bought the wheels on eBay for £100, Refurb was £360 and shipping was £50 = £510 all in. The seller was in London which was handy as wasn't far from First Aid Wheels so I could do a deal with him.

First Aid Wheels class these as "remanufactured" to be honest they look as new. Over the moon with them.

New wheels are £1650 from BMW.
