Many Things.
Bloody lovely! Class colour and it's great that you took it back to the condition that it deserved to be in!

Cracking motor but if you got the price you needed for it then it's not all bad, half the fun is the project of it

Nice...always liked those 968s...do you remember Gavins brother had a yellow one with yellow wheels years ago? My cousin had a number of Porsches back in the 80/90s...944 turbos and 928s but never a 968.

Thats lovely, seen that car about 10 years ago when we worked on his wife's car.
The owner is still a big Porsche fan as still has two porkers now..

I love front engined Porsche's. My old 944 was a complete money pit though; always needed something hence it didn't last long.

That's interesting Domo, who was the owner then?

It ended up in some shape eh Graeme? Almost a barn find.

Defo had potential though!! (As shown :grinning:)

Yeah it had definitely seen better days, but I'm glad I bought it, turned out to be a good car underneath it all. Glad you didn't manage to talk me out of buying it! :p

Thanks for all the comments guys. :grinning:

What a car, I'd love a CS.

A best mate that had a sport back in nam, still vows it was the best handling car he has had!

I'm not a massive Porsche fan but really like what you did with that old skool number - plus the paintwork looks to have absolutely shone through (y)

Would it have been on the boat for Scotchland today? Saw an identical one this morning but couldn't make out the plate.

Never got to see this in the flesh :worried:
Amazing car, always had a soft spot for them. The new owner got a clinker.

Ever remember the 968 that used to sit in a holiday home on Black Hill Portrush? On the sea side opposite Mill Strand.

@Series1_Turbo here's my 968 that AG Automotive did a bare metal respray on for me.

I see Photobucket has killed the thread so below I have added a few pics.

Gives you an idea of the standard of his work. This was also a couple of years ago, before he built his new place with his unreal new spray booth.
