Tyres- budget or not

Some how i doubt that would happen, but I could see BMW trying to void the warranty for the like of that if a car didn't have star stamped tyres.

I agree, but I'm not an engineer, so I can't say for certain, but it does sound pretty far fetched. If it wasn't for the possible issues with the SMG III in the M6, I'd just stick Pilot Super Sports on and be done with it, but since there is a risk of it going pop I need to find out more info before committing to which tyres to put on.

Goodyear F1 are a great tyre. The only problem I have found with them, is some of the batches are made in Taiwan and such places and they aren't great. If your going for Goodyears make sure they are made in Germany and you won't be disappointed
