From what I understand, yes.
The only one I can see that's online and says it's working is simplemot (£11.50 per booking currently). Not sure how legit it is as the website is a mess but it's got all of the right verbage on how to beat the bots (email verification etc.).
For what it's worth, I ran a website (with a bot running in behind the scenes) to offer fairly priced competition (£4) to mot-hub (£13) but the security upgrades to the DVA website beat me and seemingly also beat mot-hub, as they too have been offline for almost 3 months now.
I really doubt simplemot is getting the traffic to be the actual issue with booking as they are no where near top of the results on Google search, but I could well be wrong.
The centres look "abandoned" because they keep the cars coming at a steady rate, and not build up pointless queues outside just to "look busy". If everything works as it should, and people don't arrive silly early, then it should basically just be you there waiting.
Obviously we can only go on what we see but I’d agree, they aren’t exactly run of their feet. I’d give him the mileage, done the lights then jumped out, been to the loo and back and he hadn’t touched the car 4 of them were standing chatting and only 2 cars arrived after me the whole time I was there. This really doesn't appear to be anything much to do with capacity, more with capacity under utilisation. The testers are there and the equipment is there but the booking 'system' doesn't appear to be able to fill the slots. Something stinks about this, it's either incompetence or something deliberate in terms of policy.

I've swore to never go back to ards lolI am not worried this time but fingers crossed - just wish it was fully serviced and complete before going in (I know its not a MOT issue)
On a general note, do induction kits affect emissions? Its a model specific RamAir kit and only recently fitted so should be flowing cleanly etc.
Had just a thought in the back of my head that id be better fitting the standard airbox for MOT
Also, never had a problem with induction kits for MOT's. As long as it passes the emissions test, there's no issue. On a general note, do induction kits affect emissions? Its a model specific RamAir kit and only recently fitted so should be flowing cleanly etc.
