Where to buy BMW parts

Probably a stupid question but where is best to buy quality parts for BMWs?

I'm looking to do a bit of preventative maintenance/servicing and would prefer something as good as OEM without having to deal with BMW and their pricing.

Realoem.com for cross referencing part numbers is also a good shout,

As above LLL are pretty good, in terms of main dealers JKC parts tend to be fairly competitive and great to deal with. There's an NI BMW discount for them.

Hack Engineering are excellent also for more specialised parts.

Just pit an order in to autodoc for bosch filters and a 20ltr drum castrol oil to do 3 services plus brembo discs and pads all round. Got to love the run up to Christmas....

Big thanks to @Matthew97 for sorting me out with a big ol box of oil, a steering rack repair kit and rubber mats for an extremely good price today! Excellent service and definitely went above and beyond to get me some info I required.

If only I had of remembered about this thread before placing a sizeable order with ML Performance which has turned into a bit of a disaster.

ML are cheap and all, but unless its in stock can take an age.

Induction kit and charge pipes were cheap and in stock.

But Ive had to cancel numerous bits after being told its going to be 2 weeks, then another 2 weeks, then another etc. Got fed up and cancelled a few orders, which also isnt a quick process 😂

Ps. Their price promise also is cack.
Couldn't price match brake fluid as they told me they would be losing money at the price I linked them to. Told me to cancel and buy it cheaper elsewhere.

My order is being held up because of spark plugs that won’t be with them until May!….just get the rest to me. Their customer service skills are pretty poor, the answer to everything seems to be cancel the order and try again.

Bavarian always give me discount if I say I'm a member of NI BMW Club. I think JKC will do this as well.

Pleasure dealing with you James. If ML don’t come through, let me know. More than likely can be comparable on pricing, but will definitely be quicker 😂

Can confirm the manager in prentice is a civil guy and will give discount too. 🤣

@Matthew97 just wondering for future reference, if I was to send you a list of parts numbers could you provide prices, with discount? Prentices would be much handier than trekking up to Coleraine for me!
