off to do my second Scottish/English Targa of the year this weekend. Nescro are much more user friendly than the anicc.

Only 1 MX5 on the entry list :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Small but strong entry, some serious crews competing, should be close at the front. Have fun Clifford, if it was on the West side of Scotland i might have been able to catch a bit of it on the way back to the ferry n Sunday evening http://berwickclassicrally.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/entry-list-2016.pdf

Did you try David Cousins? He's in one of the big units across the road from Kirkiston race track.

Aye David Cousins best bet or Robert Maguire in Swords, Dublin - 086 8226506 next best. He'll post anything up for you too.

Where you the guy that hit the kerb at the 360 in the bottom car park in davagh that i met limping back to the shepherds rest?

Ah, been there done that, twice! It was the big bottom bolt that bent with me tho, not the wishbone, so just check for that.

Aye, the bolt was bent too, had to cut the arm of the car. Would the subframe have taken any hurt?

Heading down to swords on sat morn to lift a replacement.

Was out in cookstown myself was in the passenger seat this time round bit of a difference and a lot of pressure was sitting with Norman Ferguson in his 106 gti unfortunately few wee mistakes then we broke a drive shaft but got it replaced and finished the last loop of tests after lunch with fairly decent times but live and learn all in all good days crack

Ah, it's been a fair bump then. The sub-frame's fairly substantial, I'd say it would be ok. I'll try to take a few measurements of ours if you want? Though our's has seen 2 years of hard abuse, so maybe wouldn't be the best example.

Noticed Norman had a new Navi, never realised it was a fellow RMS'er. We were the car behind you on that test and heard the pop. They seem to have a habit of that... to the point were he's packing spare shafts and changing them.

The PMC have got permission to run 70 cars instead of 60, so if anyone hasn't sent in an entry there's a few places still left

Has anybody done any of the trials? Lee Lucas coming up and me and a few mates are considering it. We're 'rally men' as apposed to autotesters but all love targas but are a bit unsure of the trials. Is there much or any reversing? Are the tests simple like most targas? We have no interest in trying to follow diagrams that look like they came from a child scribbling book. We know there not the same as lanes but are happy to do them aslong as everything is basic enough and don't spent too much time going backwords.
