Sills and the tops of the wings are non existent. The boot and underside are surprisingly good. Interior is mint as well! Just needs emptied of rubbish.

Unless you had all the tools and skills and space to do a full restoration (i.e welding and painting) thereby saving on labour I wouldn't touch it, could end up a massive headache and costly

That pretty much sums it up. I've been restoring cars for over 30 years, a very limited few in that sort of condition and unless it had serious sentimental value, it looks to be a parts only car, specially if it has a really good interior.
