SS5 cancelled due to 00 car catching fire and setting the forest alight, hope the crew got out OK (haven't heard anything otherwise)

Evans had a problem with the fly by wire and went OTL so restarting tomorrow, turns out a few cable ties sorted the issue but as a process of elimination with the engineers on the phone it took them too long.

Missed this when it was on but seems like it's on iPlayer for a bit. It's called 'Madness on Wheels - Rallying's Craziest Years' and covers group B. It's a repeat of a programme from 3 or 4 years back but worth watching if you've missed it both times already.

Day 2 was all drama- heavy thunderstorms at night really ruined the stages and ss2 was a killer taking out meeke and and a few others! Nearly wiped out my rental car in these conditions on stage access roads myself! Weather forecast for tomorrow is thunderstorms as well so let's see could be interesting! Other drama included a spectator being badly hit by a rock and airlifted to the nearby sassari hospital! Bring on day 3! Highlights should be on wrc+ later tonight
