Hey guys. Had my oem front lip fitted today and had to raise the ride height as the tyres were scrubbing the fenders pretty bad and the front was scraping on big dips in the road.
Drives brilliantly again, though can't help but think it sat better before being 10mm lower.

All comments welcome.
Tim

O dear is that rubbing on the arch lip from the tyres buffing ?
Paint chipped and starting to rust also:worried:
Be careful hitting that area with a powerhose as it'd not take much to have the paint flake off the wing

Think it was a stone. But could well have been the tyres as well. Got touch up pen here so will get it sorted to prevent the rust spreading. Will likely get bits of the bodywork tidied up at some point so this will be seen to then.

Think it's sitting perfectly now!
Thanks man. Had the geo redone this morning. Drives like a dream again. No scrubing or scraping to speak of which is great. Glad the height is finally sorted. 3rd time lucky. Gav at Gsport does a fantastic job!

Looking good, the AP2 front lip looks awesome, so much nice than pre facelift.

spotted it today in ards tesco car park, looks good and sits at a real nice height, still unsure how anyone other than a gymnast gets into them when they are lowered haha

Thanks mate. I never see anyone about for some reason lol. I know but it was a lot of money and I hate not knowing what's happening with it!

Thanks. Yeah definitely. The facelift lip is a must imo.

What you guys think? Also of note I have bought a hondata flashpro which is sitting in my room. Still need a decat pipe and maybe a header before mapping.

I have had my arches slightly rolled and am now after a set of enkei rpf1's in matte black or SBC. Can't decide.

Few pics of the hardtop and also how my car sits ATM. Which finish do you think would work best for the wheels?

Tim

Wheels I need help with finish.

Regards your wheels you need to decide what way your going with it and that will answer the question SBC Vs Matt black.

If you are looking for a style/show look to the car or a track/aggressive look.

Style/show = SBC

Track/Aggressive = Matt Black

If it where me i'd go SBC as those Enkei's are lovely. I shot an Evo 8 a few months back with them and I love them. Black wheels continue to mystify me if I am honest. They can look well on the right car but I think as good as they will look a brighter looking wheel will look better (IMO)

Thanks for the opinions guys. Keep them coming. Need to really think about this as don't want to regret the choice of finish.

Guess your right. Can always paint it later on if I get tired of the full carbon.

Think I'm edging more towards the SBC finish of the enkei's as well. That could change again tomorrow.
