Did he a bit tho? Didn't see, all I seen was him drop to 4th before the first corner, jumping didn't really help.

If they start giving penalties for Hamilton's start then the whole grid will be done within a few races.
You can see it here.
You literally need to pause the video the millisecond you see his wheels moving and the red lights are still on.
If you don't pause it you wont even notice the lights are still on.

There are sensors to detect movement so id say even they didn't go off to alert the stewards.
