Glad you did decide to put the thread up. They are a lovely motor, even when left in stock form. I like the idea of sideways fun without the ridiculous running costs and silly speeds. I haven't seen many of these around here, it's always nice to see something different.

Looks great, still undecided on the standard wheels though but overall very nice motor. Would you change them? My uncle got one but then went on holiday just after, so I haven't been near it yet, looking forward to getting a drive it in. Good luck with it

Hey, thanks. I like the wheels and think they really suit the car. That said, i have seen some pics of 86's / BRZs that have been modified and some nice rims on them as well. I have no plans to change them and really wouldn't want to be spending in excess of £1k for a tyre / wheel package.

Make sure you explain how to take out the high brake light before they do the tinting.

Am leaving it into Pentagon Windows. The guys have completed the same work on a couple of 86s and a BRZ. I was showed the photos and they looked good. Will just check with them anyway about the brake light.

Im a huge fan of these, ok so the power wont set the world alight but its a very manageable car to have a bit of fun, its not something that will grab you by the throat and tear your face off during a powerslide.

Cheers Brennan...am wearing a 'Clarkson' smile every time i get into it lol. Am not one bit bothered about massive amounts of power. Its just a nice, fun car to be driving. And the seats in it are fantastic.

Lol ... Kinda has that appeal. Love the lines on it and the hunches over the rear arches. Once the windows are tinted, only other thing i am still looking for is a car in rear diffuser. Just waiting to hear back about fabricating one.

After speaking to @Bronk , I left the car in today with Simon from Pentagon Windows to have the rear and two side windows tinted. I went for the 'midnight' tint and am very pleased with the results. Not sure why these cars didn't come with the privacy glass already as standard, but I think they darkened windows look much better.

The tints are a top job

Simon's tinting is the best I've seen in NI - well worth the money IMO

Yeah, he was real thorough. Paid particular attention to detail and, when not happy, re-done a window!

Also, warranty included with the tints ... So that's a bonus!
