"Our plan was to make a call at 2:00pm today as to whether we would run this Sunday or postpone until the 12th. However, as you can see from the video, there has been a massive improvement in the amount of water remaining on the track since yesterday.
Now the track is still not passable, particularly on the run from the start to Colonial but everywhere else is fine.
This video was taken at 11:00am today.
My gut feeling is that it will be clear for Sunday but I would ask for just a few hours more of your patience to let us monitor progress.
I promise a call by 5:00pm today."

Forecast has rain there tomorrow but dry Sunday. An awful lot has drained already so definitely feasible that it could be all away by Sunday.

Okay, Folks. We have decided to go for it on Sunday. So long as there is no more prolonged rain, at the current rate of clearance, the track should be usable. It isn't at the moment, but 36 hours will make a difference.

If anything changes, we will let you know.

My cars currently in still bits after spending this evening changing the clutch master cylinder. Working in the morning so don’t have all day to finish it. Dont want to book till I get the car out of the shed and tested.

As far as I know you can rock up and pay upon arrival (as long as not full?) I plan to play it by hour for my first attendance based on weather

Id say there’s a drivers and safety briefing, sighting laps, instructor laps, grouping cars etc and a bit of setting up to do.

He said he wanted to try and start a bit earlier this weekend due to it getting dark earlier.

Also if you want out for sighting laps, time for safety checks etc.

• Track wheels/tyres on
• Spark plugs changed - first time in 21 years I’ve done this myself
• New Forge catch can installed but had to botch it as they mount it off the OEM engine mounts.
• Washed/dried/hoovered
• Emptied of unnecessary pruck
• Cameras/dragy to charge
